游戏里的“摆烂文化”，到底是谁逼出来的？

近几年，“摆烂”一词彻底火遍各大游戏圈层，从MOBA到射击游戏，从排位对局到日常副本，摆烂已经成为无数玩家的常态。逆风局直接挂机、劣势局故意送人头、副本混奖励不干活、排位随意选英雄整活，越来越多玩家放弃认真对局，选择用摆烂的方式对抗游戏，这股风气究竟从何而来？
在很多人的固有印象里，摆烂玩家就是心态脆弱、缺乏竞技精神、不负责任的消极玩家。但如果深入了解当下的游戏环境就会发现，绝大多数玩家的摆烂，从来不是天生消极，而是长期被动内耗后的无奈反抗。
首先，不合理的匹配机制，是催生摆烂文化的首要元凶。前面我们聊过ELO均衡机制，官方为了维持整体玩家50%左右的平均胜率，强行将高水平玩家与消极玩家、新手玩家绑定在同一局对局里。很多时候玩家明明全程认真操作、零失误，却因为队友摆烂、挂机、实力差距过大，无奈输掉对局。
一次次的无效努力，会不断消磨玩家的胜负欲。当认真游戏的收益远低于摆烂，无论自己多努力都无法掌控对局结果时，大部分人都会心态失衡：既然认真也要输，那不如直接摆烂，不用耗费精力，还能让自己情绪不受影响。
其次，内卷化的游戏生态，让认真玩家身心俱疲。现在的竞技游戏，门槛越来越高。版本强势英雄层出不穷，出装思路、运营打法、阵容搭配更新频繁，想要认真打好每一局游戏，玩家需要花费大量时间学习攻略、练习操作、适配版本。
游戏本是我们逃离现实内卷的避风港，可如今的游戏内卷程度，丝毫不亚于现实生活。部分玩家选择摆烂，本质上是一种自我减负：拒绝无意义的内耗，拒绝为虚拟段位强迫自己，放下胜负执念，以最放松的心态对待游戏。
除此之外，恶劣的玩家社交环境，也加速了摆烂风气的蔓延。当下很多竞技游戏的公屏、对局内，谩骂嘲讽早已成为常态。玩家一旦出现微小失误，就会遭到队友的指责、嘲讽甚至人身攻击。相比于小心翼翼认真对局、还要承受他人的负面情绪，摆烂混对局反而成了最轻松的选择。
当然，我们并非提倡摆烂行为。摆烂会破坏全体玩家的游戏体验，污染整体对局环境，最终形成“人人摆烂、无人好好游戏”的恶性循环。但我们也不能一味指责摆烂的玩家，更应该看清背后的本质：畸形的匹配机制、无休止的版本内卷、糟糕的社交氛围，才是问题的根源。
最好的游戏环境，从来不是所有人都必须拼命冲分、极致内卷，而是允许玩家认真竞技，也包容玩家佛系娱乐。少一点机制绑架，少一点无端攀比，游戏才能回归最纯粹的模样。
