8人穿“警服”为婚礼开路？后续来了！

11月5日，呼和浩特市公安局赛罕区分局巧报派出所查处一起非法穿着、佩戴仿制警用制式服装案件。 11月2日，巧报派出所接到群众报警，称在赛罕区某小区婚礼现场发现有8人穿着与公安骑警高度相似的制式服装充当开路车队，造成现场群众误解。接报后，派出所立即组织警力开展调查。经过细致调查，办案民警锁定了违法行为人夏某某。 经查，夏某某与另外7名嫌疑人平日提供婚车服务，并非正式人民警察或警务辅助人员身份。为取得婚庆效果，私自在网上购买了仿制警用制式服装。其行为已违反《人民警察制式服装及其标志管理规定》第十八条之规定，构成穿着、佩带仿制警用制式服装的违法行为。
夏某某对其违法行为供认不讳，巧报派出所依法对夏某某处以罚款1000元的行政处罚，并依法查扣仿制警用制式服装两套。目前，案件正在进一步侦办中。 同时，针对夏某某等8人驾驶摩托车违法驶入高架快速路的行为，交管支队快速路大队依据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》等相关规定，分别处以记1分，罚款150元。
警方提示：人民警察的制式服装、标志为人民警察专用，其他个人和组织不得持有和使用。任何仿制、穿着、佩戴与人民警察制式服装及其标志相仿并足以造成混淆的行为都是违法的。请广大群众自觉遵守法律法规，共同维护人民警察制式服装的严肃性。
