印媒：中国带来了新方向

近日，多家外媒连续刊文，关注中国通过更包容开放的签证政策吸引国际人才的举动。其中，美联社和《印度时报》在各自的报道中都认为，中国新推出的K签证项目将为更多国际科技人才带来新的事业发展方向。
世界人才未来的中心，正在向东转吗？《印度时报》在其关注中国签证新政的文章中，就抛出了这样一个问题。 根据这家印度媒体的介绍，美国的H1B 签证曾经是美国吸引国际人才的一个重要途径，令来自世界各地的许多年轻工程师与科学家涌向美国，在硅谷等地区打造自己的职业生涯。如今，中国新推出的K签证，正在给怀揣抱负的国际人才带来“新的方向”。
今年8月，中国国务院对《中华人民共和国外国人入境出境管理条例》作出修改，其中包括“新增K字签证，发给入境的外国青年科技人才”相关内容，自2025年10月1日起施行。在9月29日的外交部记者会上，发言人郭嘉昆表示，K字签证的增设是为了促进中外青年科技人才交流与合作。
《印度时报》认为，中国这一政策意义重大，报道写道，“北京的产业战略如今围绕人工智能、半导体、量子计算和机器人技术展开，这些领域的专业人才稀缺，却具有决定性作用。K 签证正是这场全球技术自主竞赛中的一项招聘工具……中国认为，21 世纪的经济增长不仅依赖资本或工厂，更取决于人类的智慧。”
不过报道指出，美国政府虽然采取了自我封闭的政策，但美国在软实力上的一些优势仍然对国际人才有一定的吸引力，比如英语语言、大学排名，以及硅谷仍然存在的磁吸效应。但该报认为，如果北京能提供进入蓬勃发展的科技领域的机会以及科研资金，或许就能吸引那些曾助力美国崛起的顶尖人才——因为机遇是如今国际人才市场上最被看重的要素。
美联社称，一位曾在美国和印度工作的IT人才对美联社表示，他很喜欢中国的工作氛围和文化，希望能来中国寻找发展机会。
